Kind of a fun day today, I found out there was a kind of Academy Award for weblogs and got a real kick out of seeing the incredible variety and beauty and poetry of some of the logs out there. A big tip o' the hat to Wil Wheaton, I've visited his site many times and always left with a smile on my face knowing that there is at least one other person out there who, to paraphrase Ralph Waldo Emerson "Laughs often and Loves Much, appreciates beauty, finds the best in others, gives of one's self and attempts to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; who's played and laughed with enthusiasm and exultation; who is I'm sure pleased to know that not only one life has breathed easier because he and his website have lived, but many thousands. That is to have succeeded.
