A federal grand jury today (3/14) indicted Arthur Andersen for corruptly persuading its employees to "alter, destroy, mutilate and conceal" documents relating to the accounting firm's work for Enron. The one-count indictment, which you'll find below, is the first criminal charge filed in connection with the bankruptcy of the energy giant. (8 pages)
